SHIPPING AND ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-5 business days, including expedited shipping. We do our best to get orders out quickly but due to summer volume we have extended our window from 3 to 5 business days although most orders are still shipped with in 2 working days. If you are in a rush please email us prior to purchase and we can try and accommodate. Please note we do not ship on weekends or holidays. Signatures are not required if you would prefer to add this feature shoot us an email. Once a delivery label is made, you will receive an email with tracking information.

We are not responsible for any lost packages that show delivery. Please add our shipping insurance provider "Route" at checkout to insure your packages value in the case of loss or theft.

Please note orders cannot be canceled or changed once shipment takes place. Due to Covid 19 delivery times are not guaranteed and Galamaar is not responsible for late packages. We highly recommend purchasing expedited shipping options if timing is a factor in receiving your order. Please email us with any additional questions regarding shipping to hello@galamaar.com.

For AU and NZ orders - USPS has temporarily suspended service so we are shipping all orders to these zones UPS or DHL 2-5 days at $15 for orders over $250 and $35 for orders under $250. We hope to offer our full shipping program with free shipping ASAP and will update just as soon as USPS starts delivering again. The real cost to ship orders is around $45 so we hope this concession helps until things get back to normal. We love you guys!

RETURNS WITHIN THE U.S

We understand that sometimes it takes more than one go to find the swimsuit of your dreams. We want you to feel great in our suits and about your purchase which is why we are happy to offer domestic returns within 14 days of receipt, as long as items are unworn, unwashed, and in sellable condition. Please note Flash Sales are eligible for store credit or exchange only. Clearance items are final sale and are eligible for size swaps when available. 

All items must have protective liners intact, with all original tags attached, no strong odors, stains, or any other visible signs of wear. Please try suits on over your underwear to ensure unused condition. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. We reserve the right to refuse any item, which we deem to be unsalable at our discretion.

1. Email us at hello@galamaar.com with your order # in the subject line and indicate whether you would like to return or exchange your item/s. Exchanges are permitted with availability. If exchanging, please indicate style, size, and color of the item/s you are requesting.

2. Within 2 business days, you will receive a confirmation and a pre-paid USPS shipping label. Returns shipping will be deducted from your original payment total, but exchanges will ship free.

3. Send return within 14 days of receiving your order to any USPS facility. Please make sure to include your order number from the confirmation email received at the time of purchase.

4. We strongly recommend you obtain a receipt for your shipment, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages or packages that do not show tracking.

5. Once we receive your package back we will work quickly to process your return or exchange. For returns please allow up to 16 business days to process. 

6. All U.S. refunds incur a $5 restocking fee per package. 

**We reserve full discretion in determining if items are in original condition. Returns initiated past the 14-day window will automatically be processed as an online credit. Returns received more than 1 week or later past 14-day window will be rejected and shipped back.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND RETURNS

We are happy to now offer international shipping and returns. Please be aware that additional import and associated fees may be due upon delivery. The delivery window does not include customs processing time, which may delay things a few extra days. Galamaar is not responsible for lost or missing international packages.

Return shipping and any additional fees are paid by customer. Please email hello@galamaar.com within 1 week of receipt with your order # to begin the return process. You will receive confirmation and instructions within 2 business days. Please note "End of Season Sale" and Flash Sales are eligible for store credit or exchange only. Exchange shipping will be invoiced and split 50/50 of the real purchased cost.
